The Hellenic Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights together with the European Commission are co-organizing the Civil Justice Conference “Insolvency Law: Recent developments towards harmonisation”. The Conference will focus on the revision of the Insolvency Regulation (EC) No 1346/2000, as well as the harmonisation of substantive insolvency law. It will also provide for an opportunity to present personal insolvency law and highlight special insolvency issues. The Conference will be held on 12 March in Zappeion Megaron in Athens.
