Depending on the agenda the Transport, Telecommunications and Energy (TTE) Council is composed of Ministers for Transport, Telecommunications or Energy who meet approximately every two months. It discusses issues related to the effective coordination of EU policy in these three vital and closely interconnected policy areas.  Its agenda has a very important role to play in the implementation of the Europe2020 Strategy, through the achievement of a fully interconnected Europe across borders and networks.
