This poetic ballet by French choreographer Yannick Boquin is inspired by the epistolary novel The Sorrows of Young Werther by Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, and uses pieces by Frederic Chopin for the piano as its score. Boquin tells the tale of the tragic love affair between Werther and Lotte through the enchanting and eminently romantic music of the Polish composer. Greek premiere of the production.
