The Seminar  takes place at a time when the State Aid Modernization Procedure comes to the end and the 2014-2020 Programming Period has just started. With this new challenge at hand there is a huge potential in learning through joint efforts and exchange of ideas and practices in several aspects regarding the enforcement and implementation of the new Regulations within the framework of the new result-oriented approach of the Operational Programs.
