The Trio Presidencies Handover meeting will take place in Athens, on 24 June 2014.

The meeting will be hosted by the Hellenic Statistical Authority, as it chairs the Council Working Party on Statistics. Delegations from the Statistical Offices of the countries of the outgoing Trio (Ireland, Lithuania, Greece) and the upcoming Trio (Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg) will participate, as well as representatives of the Commission.

The meeting will aim at the smooth transition of the Council Working Party on Statistics work from the former Trio to the upcoming one. The topics of the agenda include a presentation of the Trio Presidencies work progress, a briefing on the state of play of the pending statistical legislative acts and exchange of experiences and lessons learnt.
