An Informal Meeting of EU member states and EEA countries’ Maritime ministers, chaired by  Greek Minister of Shipping, Maritime Affairs & the Aegean, Miltiadis Varvitsiotis, is taking place today (7.5.2014) at Zappeion Megaron.

The main item on the agenda is the “Mid-tern Review of the EU’s Maritime Transport Policy until 2018 and Outlook to 2020” and the adoption of the “Athens Declaration”.
