The priorities for the upcoming Greek Presidency were presented by Prime Minister Antonis Samaras to his colleagues at today's European Council meeting in Brussels. At a press conference, following the conclusion of the summit, Antonis Samaras stated that he was satisfied that the launch of the Greek Presidency of the Council of the EU would coincide with the recovery of the Greek economy, after six years of recession, noting that 2014 will be the year that Greece would exit the crisis but also a better year for the whole of Europe.
